I didn’t think I would have SO much fun planning my bridal shower! It was truly like planning a mini wedding. I knew it was going to be work, but oh my lord, I did not realize how incredibly stressed out I’d get! My MOH’s and maids hosted our beautiful engagement party so I took on to hosting the shower! I love Coachella/boho decor so I really wanted to do something Coachella related! I came up with my very cheesy slogan, Farewell-Lo (farewell to Lo) Coachello, and went from there.
Enjoy both my video and photos!

We had Lemonade catered for our eats. I wanted food that would be more filling than finger food/small bites but something still light and cool in temperature since weather was so hot!
Below I break down the different items/vendors I used. I linked each company below. Some even have a discount code if you want to purchase anything for your future events.
Photo walls: I began my planning process around my photo wall spaces. I wanted to do something girly and funny but also something boho. I couldn’t decide between the two so I ended up doing one of each. I had a custom laser cut wood sign made for my boho wall by Dear Heart Signs (Santa Ana). Noemi is incredibly talented. She and her husband creates signs for all occasions (weddings included) and have various shapes, styles, fonts, and colors. You can use my code ‘COACHELLO20’ for 20% off your order. For my glam wall, I got paper florals from Petals and Paper Co. They were so stinking cute and I was amazed at how she was able to create such large florals with creasing the paper! The couch and pillows were rented from Sundrop Vintage and matched perfectly with my cute paper petals.
Parasols & paddles: Because I knew it was going to be hot, I bought paper parasols and white paddle fans for the girls! Initially I was going to go with two fringe umbrellas but things were just getting too costly at that point. Plus, we ended up recycling them for the wedding anyway! The white parasols (20″ & 32″) were purchased off Paper Lantern Store and the white paddle fans were purchased off The Knot Shop. You can also purchase them off Amazon but these sites had the best and lowest prices.
Knick-knacks & decor: Most of the little guys here and there were either things I had laying around the house, things I got from Home Goods, which always has a great variety of boho/Moroccan decor, and Target.
Rugs & throws: I bought all of my rugs at Target and used two blanket throws from All Modern that resembled Moroccan rugs. Moroccan rugs were way too expensive and I mean, a blanket throw always comes in handy!
Tables, room diver, & pillows: The low farm tables and some pillows were rented through Sundrop Vintage (San Clemente). They’re a boho vintage rental company based out of San Clemente. The rest of the pillows, I had either bought myself or bought pillow covers to put over old pillows. Pillow covers help save so much money while allowing you to avoid collecting tons of different pillows over time.
Table setting: My goblet cups were by Opal House sold at Target. The place settings were all bought on Amazon. I wanted gold silverware but didn’t want to go with plain ones. I was able to hunt down gold plastic silverware that had vintage detailing on the stems. They were SO cute and I was SO excited over those.. #easilyamused.
Florals: My florals were created by my good friend Holly aka Intentional Blooms (Carlsbad). She was the florist for the desert shootout photoshoot Tyler and I did a few posts back. She is insanely talented and I LOVE her work. The florals are truly intentional!
Party supplies: A few other custom decor pieces, such as my gold wooden hashtag sign shown below (#JessTyTheKnot), cake topper, and drink stirs were created my Atomic Kraftworks (Venice Beach)! They customize any and everything small party favor related! Definitely check them out because all their little touches made my space! Then I got my customized cups and pink gift bags off to For Your Party (online). Again, you can totally customize any and everything you want! They go more in depth into more party favors, napkins, literally everything. They specialize in weddings as well. We also ordered our cocktail napkin squares and bathroom towel napkins from them.
Cookies: Lastly are my ADORABLE cookies made my Jenny Mae Sweets (Huntington Beach)! I had shown her a few photos of the succulent and cactus cookies I wanted but also knew they’d be tough to replicate. I told her to do what she could and didn’t expect them to come out identical, but girl… I mean you can see for yourself how detailed and perfect her work was! I didn’t want to eat them because they were so pretty (buuut ended up eating two on the way home haha).
Goody bag sponsors: A big thank you to my sponsors for providing my beautiful guests with all these amazing goodies! Skinesque Aqua & Brightening masks, Coola White Tea facial sunscreen, This Bar Saves Lives granola bars
